Name, nickname, avatar, account state, settings, and the access tokens tied to the account.
Delete Account
If you'd like to delete your MangoConnect account and the data tied to it, send a request to the support address. The steps and limits of that deletion are described below.
Email hello@mango-connect.com with the subject line "Delete MangoConnect account".
In the email, include:
Name, nickname, avatar, account state, settings, and the access tokens tied to the account.
Push tokens, device bindings, and active sessions still attached to the account being deleted.
Support records may be deleted or anonymized when there is no reason to keep them longer.
We try to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after we verify your identity and have enough information to locate the account. Complex requests, or those that touch security or legal matters, may take longer.
