Website orders — straight to Mango

Add an order form to your website and every request will arrive in Mango as a regular message. No server setup, no manual checking: the order appears in your chat list just like a message from a person.

How to connect

Open settings

Mango → Settings → Website integrations.

Create a token

Tap 'Create token' and name the integration — for example, your website address. This way you'll know where an order came from if you have multiple sites.

Copy the token

It is shown only once — you cannot recover it, only revoke and create a new one.

Add the token to your website

Use one of the methods below, depending on your site.

Option A: your site has a backend

Send a single HTTP request after the order is saved. Keep the token in an environment variable, not in page code.

Option B: website builder or CMS

Tilda, Contact Form 7, Shopify and similar builders can send a form to any URL but cannot add headers. Use the URL with the token inside and just paste it into the 'webhook' field:

No formatting needed: whatever the builder sends, we'll arrange the form fields into a readable message, in the same order you defined them.

Important to know

Never put the token in your page's code.

The request must be sent by your site's backend or by the form builder itself. If the form calls Mango directly from the browser, the token is visible in the page source and any visitor can use it. If that has already happened, revoke the token in Settings and create a new one.

About encryption

Ordinary conversations in Mango are end-to-end encrypted: the server cannot read them. Messages from your website are an exception, by design rather than by omission. They are sent by a service bot that holds no encryption keys, so such a message is stored and delivered in the clear. The chat shows a crossed-out padlock next to its name, which is what that means.

So do not send anything through this form that must not exist in the clear: passwords, card details, documents.
